  They're so slowwww!  The lined moved at snail pace and they need more organization. They seemed all over the place. Make sure you check your bag because they almost got me for one of my sandwiches and didn't give the right dipping sauces.
  
  At least the food was good. Also get your beverage there because it's cheaper than the newsstand.

  My first go at a Carl's Jr and it was at an airport, go figure. It was closing in on midnight when I realized how famished I was. This was the last hot food place before my gate so I decided to try my luck here. The Western Bacon Cheeseburger was everything I want in a burger including a patty (just one, with the option of 2), bacon, cheese, BBQ sauce, and onion rings!! The lady that took my order was very friendly and awake for such a late hour. I got my order pretty fast. I think that because it was so late, they didn't have orders ready and sitting under heat lamps because my order was super fresh and hot. The burger was pretty good! It was wrapped well and looked good upon opening (sometimes the top bun is falling off, toppings sliding out, etc) with everything all neat and tidy. My first bite got a bit of everything and those flavors and those ratios were all great. The onion rings were crispy and weren't tricky to eat like with onion shoestrings that all seem to come out with each bite for burgers from other establishments. If you're ever there as late as I am, I did overhear that they stop serving chicken tenders at around 10pm.

  Holly cow this place and its employees are in slow motion. This has to be a bad movie here. If I could give a negative star this place would get 5.

  Was there early morning before catching a flight. Food was ready and sat in warmer for like 10minutes. Nobody to be seen and food just sat there. I ordered a medium hash rounds... that's it! Just seems like the staff is uninterested in providing good customer service. These are the types of things that make you not want to come back to a specific type of restaurant

  There's limited selection in the International Airport wing so we always end up at Carl's Jr.  The service is not particularly friendly but they always get my order right.  The tables could use a wipe down and if you sit too close to close to the washrooms there's always a smell.
